Explore the wonder and love of gardening in A Year in Our New Garden, a beautifully illustrated and sweetly told story from beloved author, Gerda Muller. In this tale of moving and new beginnings, Anna and Benjamin can’t wait to turn their new home’s messy grass into a beautiful garden, but first they must plan, plant and learn how to care for a garden.

As the seasons change, Anna and Benjamin learn about all the amazing things you can do in a garden: from planting and harvesting, to enjoying picnics and spotting insects.

Throughout the story, real gardening tips are sprinkled, accompanied by beautifully detailed illustrations. This lively book will inspire children to get outdoors, get moving, and learn how nature changes throughout the year.

This lovely seasonal story makes an ideal companion to Gerda Muller’s other delightful books, A Year Around the Great OakandHow Does My Garden Grow?
