About Joguines Grapat: Joguines Grapat is a small, family run workshop in the Catalonia region of Spain, producing rainbow-colored toys in wood that adhere to strict European safety procedures. Using mostly beech and birch wood from sustainable forests, all Grapats toys are finished with water-based, non-toxic dyes and vegetable oils.
Wood is a natural material and as such, has various unique markings. Variations in wood grain, color, knots, texture or dye transfer are all natural occurrences in these hand-stained wooden products. These unique variations and markings are proof of quality, not defects. Enjoy the markings that make your wooden toys unique!
